I've been hearing that the weather all morning has been MVFR/IFR with some pretty heavy rain at times. It looks like there may be some more storms this afternoon as well.

Tomorrow is supposed to be nice... I'll keep my fingers crossed that today is the only bad day.

Glad you made it home safely Kip. I see the forecast for OSH shows that warm front going through tomorrow afternoon, so you probably made a wise decision!

Have a great time up there Kip. My family made it in first thing this morning and got a parking spot in the very last row of HBC...it sounds like it's a great turnout this year!

Oshkosh Airventure 2011

I believe Oshkosh starts tomorrow and unfortunately I wont be able to make it this year, so I wanted to start a thread to see if anyone is going, or if you're there if there's anything to report for this year.

If anyone is going have a great time and I hope to see you there next year!

I don't think you're going to hurt anything. I used the gray NAPA self etching primer (number 72##...I can't remember the actual number) on my tail and main wing spars, and then used it on all flanges and mating surfaces in the wings and fuselage.
