Wildly Fluctuating Oil Pressure

I could use some collective brain power for my AeroVee. Several weeks ago I suddenly, on one flight, began getting fluctuating oil pressure readings. Normally I run around 48 psi or so. My ONEX with AErovee and Aerocarb does exactly what Brock says......stumbles ONCE on takeoff only if the throttle is pushed in fairly rapidly. 45-50 lbs, for the last 8 years. Low pressure tires have, in the past, spun on the rims and torn off the stem.

I originally had the ground adjustable Sensenich, and was extremely disappointed with its performance and it's poor use of extremely strippable hex bolts. I had a fixed pitch Sensenich (the one recommended by Sonex), but was disappointed by that one as well (better than the adjustable pitch, though)...

I've only had 1 trip in all the time I've had them. The EIFS switch tripped because of a short. So it did it's job. With all electrical systems being witchcraft and voodoo to me, that's all I know :-)
