Pre loved dynamic propeller balancer, in good working condition eg Dynavib or similar.

I live in Australia, so any overseas vendors should include delivery cost estimate.

If you were not in Aus, would loan you my Dynavibe with custom machined mount that clamps over the prop bearing area, no bolts loosen and retorque.
