Single or dual stick will depend on intended use, and size and preferences of of those using it. Have single stick in mine, and plane is set up for and used for cross country with wife and myself. Wife and I are not over-sized (doc says I need to lose 15 lbs) and only thing I do accommodate that stick location is make sure nothing is in front pants pocket on side facing the stick. Wife's preference was for center stick, and when you analyse it, you have a fixed amount of space for 4 legs, do you want to also account for the space required for movement of one sick or two ?

Try to find examples to sit in and if you intend to fly much with anyone else, bring them along.
