A few months ago I received a strange reply from Wag Aero when I asked about their hours, and whether they were going to be at OSH this year. It was weird and left me wondering if something was up.

That "something " is that Spruce has acquired the parts distribution portion of Wag.

Just be glad that Sikorsky didn't buy them.
