Prince Props

Does anyone know if Prince is still in business? I have emailed and called numerous times and have not heard a thing.

Sonex Builders,
I have a Prince prop, I should say I had a Prince prop which after 60 hours the carbon Fiber decided to come off. I called Lonnie, and he said he would fix the prop if I paid for the shipping. I sent him the prop on 9/18/2015 and I STILL do not have my prop back. I have called him 7 times and I get the same answer it will be done and shipped next week.
So any future prop buyers may want to look at a prop company with better customer service.

Since I fly behind a Prince propeller, I'm curious what exactly "the carbon Fiber decided to come off" means. It sounds like the propeller shed its skin so to speak. Did this happen in flight? How much material are talking here?

Thanks,
Kip

Kip,

On my prop the back side on one of the blades, the carbon fiber lifted off, there was large bubble showing(the size was the width of the prop and about 3" long).
To me it seems the carbon fiber was not glued on. It was not flapping, but it did happen after my last flight, I had been inspecting after each flight because having only 60 hours on the prop and plane.
I called Lonnie again this morning to get another update and the latest is he will ship on Thursday or Friday, hopefully I will
have my prop before the FSA flyin on 11/21/2015. However I have been told this 7 times before.
