Hi Dan,

Just out of curiousity, what airport are you based out of? I fly into KISP regularly so I was just curious.

Thanks!
Mike

That’s great Dan! Brookhaven is right next to where my company visits, but KHWV is too small for the jets we fly. I’ve driven out there many times and it looks like a great little airport!

There's a Onex at Falmouth on Cape Cod (5B6), me and my Sonex in Stow, MA (6B6), Aaron Knight down at Marshfield, MA (GHG), Ian Clark in Taunton, MA (TAN), and Glenn Hunt in Keene, NH (EEN). And we have a Northeast Sonex Fly-In ever September. Keith Macht is in CT, but he's taking his plane out of service for maintenance and re-engining. PM me and I can put you in touch with all of us.

Hey Mike Farley, I am building my Model-B 10 min east of KISP at my house and like Dan I’ll be keeping my Sonex when it’s done at Brookhaven (KHWV). Next time you’re on the island reach out to me, would love to meet up. I take my son to ISP often to watch the Southwest, Frontier and awesome business jets - he’s hooked on Aviation for some weird reason. :-D

That’s great Tim! We go into Hawthorne all the time. I’ll try to link up the next time I make the trip up there for a few days!

Great group of guys at Hawthorne they’ve been kind enough to let us sit and watch the jets in their lot. My number is 631-813-5097. Call or text me anytime Mike.
