Duckworks Aviation status?

Postby techno-wizard » Wed Sep 06, 2023 3:11 pm

Does anyone know what the current business status of Duckworks Aviation is? I emailed them over a week ago and got no response. No one answered the phone when I called. Their website is still active, although it doesn't look like it's been updated for some time. There also appears to be a beta website site for them (https://www.duckworksav.net/) but there's a notice on the main page saying to use the http://www.duckworksav.com/ site to place any orders.

I Just got a ship notice from them on a replacement lens I ordered a week and a half/2 weeks ago. So they are still in business, Just not prompt or good at communication. No communication on My original order a couple of years ago. Took quite awhile and an e-mail to get them going. That said, the product fit my plane well so maybe worth your wait.

I agree with Gregg - communication is not their strong suit. I've never had them answer the phone. They do read their emails - just don't respond.

Having said that - the parts I ordered were very high quality.
