Announce and discuss upcoming fly-ins

We had 13 people show up and we had good conversations around Peter and Wayne's airplanes. Peter took his up and show the attendees some good slow flight and a nice high speed pass. Everyone seemed to be having fun. I feel for the food truck crew. Only a few took advantage of some great food! I guess we're going to have to start calling this the NC Sonex Drive-in.

All in all, it turned out to be a fun time. It was nice meeting some new faces and catching up with some old friends!

Thanks guys for putting it on. You never exactly know what you are going to get weather wise. After we got back there is a decent storm passing back through Raleigh so it was a wise decision that we didn't try to mess with it.

Look forward to just another attempt at a Sonex flash mob - and tell the food truck we certainly would have bought lunch from them (that was our intention).

Anyone heard from Jim Hicke about his Alaska trip?

Thanks for putting the two planes out for display and the fly bys. I did get several pictures and answers to a couple of questions that will help with my build. Rained pretty hard on our drive back to VA but the three of us were glad we made the trip, saw old friends, and met others.
