Hi, you work is very interesting, I have few considerations:
1. I work at 3M Aerospace and we use RP2220 to seal the edge of our erosion protection “boots” for commercial and military applications. If you need a small bead can seal the front or all the edges.

2. Another option is to use this solar energy to help to extend the flight of electric Xenos. Check:
