Jones Onex 153

Postby Stogie6 » Thu Sep 04, 2014 2:18 pm

Good afternoon Sonex Builders.
It has been almost one year since my tail kit arrived at my dad's hangar in Lockhart, TX. Since then, we have moved forward with a nice pace. This past Labor Day 2014, I delivered the Aerovee and we mounted it onto "Colonel Mustard" as the plane will be called. Now we are getting somewhere! Looking forward to the first flight sometime in the spring of 2015. If only I could post more photos...I will keep at it until I get them on this site.
Happy building. 8-)

So, my I.T. staff has left me and gone to finish college. How do I post more photos when I keep getting this message: "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached:". What does this mean? I would like to post several more progress photos of my Onex and am stuck. If you can build an airplane, you can build the engine...but forget attaching a photo!

David,
I switched to using photobucket as I was out of quota too. Your IT support should be able to set you up remotely if you get stuck there. Hope you figure it out so we can see more progress!

Bryan,
Thanks for the advice. Appears that I already had a flickr account as my email provider is Yahoo. So, I have added additional (along with the duplicates) progress photos to this thread.

Enjoy.

Looks good David - almost like you are serious about it. I can't remember, when we were at the workshop last spring had you started yet?
