Legacy W08 rivet - which way?

Legacy W08 rivet - which way?

Which way do the AN470 rivets get installed on the main wing spar W08? It seems like the factory head should go against the spar web and the shop head goes against the spar cap. Where is it called out on W08 though? I can't find it.

Usually the factory head would go against the thinest part if that helps.
