Hello again Onex Builders-

We are again pleased to report that Onex Kit deliveries continue to be made
on schedule. The entire Sonex Staff is committed to meeting a very ambitious
schedule and more importantly providing the world-class customer support to
each and very builder as you get started.

We continue to make progress on the Onex Plans and just sent a 32-plan sheet
bundle to the printer. These include sheets you've already received that
have all revisions made to date. This e-mail will be turned into a cover
letter that will be included with all of these new plan sheet shipment.
These new plans will be shipping out on Monday afternoon.

A few other notes to share with all builders:

Our first kit builders have discovered a couple of parts that have their
labels reversed. (RH parts labeled as LH and vice versa). It's been isolated
to just a couple of the formed parts and machined parts but unfortunately it
did happen. Whenever there is a conflict between what your part label says
and what the plan sheets show, always trust the plans. Once more plan sheets
are complete, it will be possible to look ahead in the assembly prints to
confirm the proper orientation and location of every part.

We also know of two horizontal tail ribs (ONX-T04-01L/R and ONX-T04-02L/R)
supplied this month that were both LH parts. You have the option of either
drilling new interfacing holes in the flanges or waiting for a new part to
be shipped. These parts will be complete next week and shipped to those that
report this issue.

Full kit builders do need to source all hardware including piano hinges,
nuts, bolts, screws, etc. We are again supplying this list of hardware as a
reference to full kit builders who want to complete the tail assemblies:

There are a number of small back-ordered parts that are identified on your
individual full kit packing lists. None of these back-ordered parts will
slow progress on your kit. Sonex has been keeping careful records of what
items are back-ordered and you will automatically be receiving these in a
single shipment within the next 3-4 weeks.

A number of new Plan Revisions were posted this week. These revisions along
with all future revisions will continue to be posted to the Onex Plan
Revision web page. We encourage you to check this web site on a regular
