Easily removable wing tips?

Has anyone made their wing tips removable? How easy is it to put them on and take them off? Did you use piano hinge? Do you have any pictures that show detail?

I really want to do this, I want to have lights in the tips and be able to easily remove them so that the plane fits in my garage.

Any details would be most appreciated.

I have installed removable wingtips using the Wardair (www.wardair.com) removable wing tip kit which uses screws and nutplates. Very quick and easy to use for access to lights, but no other benefit.

Correction to previous comment, it is of course Airward.com, not the Canadian airline.
