Rotec Alternator

Posted: Sat Mar 04, 2023 2:07 amYup. With some dexterity it can be done with the 22A in the airframe. The 33A sits further back towards the firewall, and here the space is just not available without some change to the Sonex design.

Neither. In the Legacy either the standard gear or tri gear the installation of the rear mount extra generator on the 33A requires mods to both engine mount and filler neck. IMHO it can`t be done, and it is certainly not a fitandforget/plugandplay thing. A pity, though, it´s a nice product.
