I have a hangar friend who is considering installing a Jab 2200 in a Onex. He is asking if anyone has an engine mount for sale or has anyone ever modified a VW mount to take the 2200? He has an engine from another damaged plane but he also needs a prop. Would appreciate any info on the problem.

Jab 2200 is lighter than AeroVee so must be moved forward for CG. Modifying VW mount would not work-better to build new mount.
