AeroVee Fence baffles on a 2400cc Hummel style engine.

I decided to buy the AeroVee “Fence” baffles even though my engine is not an AeroVee.
My engine has the Hummel 94x86 Nickasil plated aluminium cylinders so the engine is a touch wider than the AeroVee and the Cylinders are shaped differently.
All this meant modifications would be required and in the end I remade the back fence baffle and the two front corner baffles. The other parts fitted as designed.
It was great still having the AeroVee kit, even for the parts I had to re-make the AeroVee parts gave me a good starting point, it would be a pain to have to design this from scratch.

You can see some pictures of the semi-finished product here:

Added a few more pictures of the manifold cut-out and the oil cooler baffles:

As none of this is according to any plans anymore, this work is a little bit of "trial and error", I might have to remake the back fence baffle again to get a tighter fit around the manifold.
